生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  其制备方法是将邻甲基苯甲酸及催化剂加入反应釜,用蒸汽加热使其熔化,温度保持在125℃,通入光气反应18h,取样分析反应是否完全,停止通光气,改通氮气,继续保温0.5h,冷却结束得反应粗产物,进行减压蒸馏得成品。 也可用氯化亚砜、三氯氧磷等为酰氯化剂,制得邻甲基苯甲酰氯。以邻甲基苯甲酸为原料生产。

• 用途

  邻甲基苯甲酰氯是杀菌剂灭锈胺、苯氧菌酯、肟菌酯及除草剂苄嘧磺隆的中间体。用于医药、农药、感光材料、染料等有机合成。在农药工业用于制邻酰胺担菌宁苄杀菌剂、密黄隆除草剂。用于医药、农药、感光材料及染料中间体
