生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  1.以丁烯酸为原料，经以下步骤制得。将丁烯酸和乙醇与四氯化碳混合，添加硫酸，回流反应12h，回收乙醇和四氯化碳，并盐析得到巴豆酸乙酯。将巴豆酸乙酯、乙醇与*水溶液回流反应5h。再加入氢氧化钡溶液，经减压浓缩至粥状，冷却。加入硝酸，剧烈反应放出氰化氢气体。减压浓缩至干，用苯、乙醚提取后得粗品，*用苯、水重结晶各一次，即得成品。
