生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  1.以环己胺为原料制得。 
  2.由环己酮与甲胺反应而得。将铝片浸泡在甲醇中,再加氯化高汞,继续浸泡2h,升温不超过55℃,除去浸泡液。向上述活化好的铝片加乙醇,在搅拌下滴加甲胺、环己酮的混合液,加热回流,放置过夜。加入10%氢氧化钠溶液碱化,用苯提取两次,经水洗后进行蒸馏,回收苯后即馏出N-甲基环己胺。收率约80%。

• 用途

  药物及染料中间体。用作药物盐酸溴己胺的中间体。
