生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  将蒸馏水及甲醛溶液加入反应锅内,冷却至15℃以下,搅拌下分批加入亚硫酸氢钠,控制温度在60-65℃反应20min,用氢氧化钠溶液控制pH9左右。反应完毕,加盐酸使pH达3左右。加活性炭脱色,过滤,滤液冷却后加乙醇析出固体,放置,次日过滤,乙醇洗涤,干燥,得成品。

• 用途

  镀镍光亮剂，能提高光亮和整平效果。异烟肼硫钠、癌敌等中间体。
