生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  1.由二苯羟乙酸还原而得。
  2.制法：于1L反应瓶中加入冰醋酸250mL，红磷15g，碘5g，15～20min后反应完全。加入5mL水及二苯基乙醇酸
  (2)100g（0.44mol），回流反应至少2.5h。过滤除去未反应的红磷，趁热将滤液搅拌下倒入含20～25g碳酸氢钠的1L冷水中，过滤析出的白色或浅黄色固体，冷水洗涤，干燥，得化合物
  (1)88～90g,收率94%～99%，mp141～144℃，用50%的乙醇重结晶，得白色固体，mp144～155℃。
