生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  本品是由苯和2-甲基-3-氯丙烯为原料制得。在100L搪瓷反应釜内加入2-甲基-3-氯丙烯142kg,苯365kg,在搅拌下加入硫酸180kg,室温反应4~6h,静置分去废酸。苯层用水洗至中性,常压蒸馏回收苯,减压蒸馏,94~95oC /1.33kPa馏分为产品氯代叔丁基苯。

• 用途

  是合成杀螨剂苯丁锡{双-[三(2-甲基-2-苯基丙基)锡]氧化物}的重要中间体。
