生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  1.制法：于装有搅拌器、温度计、通气导管的反应瓶中，加入γ-丁内酯
  （2）200g（2.33mol），无水乙醇375mL，冰盐浴冷至0℃，通入干燥的溴化氢气体，直至反应物无变化，约需2h。于0℃放置24h。将反应物倒入1L冷水中，充分搅拌后，分出有机层，水层用溴乙烷提取2次，每次10mL。合并有机层，乙醇用2%的氢氧化钾溶液、稀盐酸、水洗涤，无水硫酸钠干燥，回收溶剂后，减压分馏，收集97～99℃/3.3kPa的馏分，得γ-溴代丁酸乙酯
  （1）350～380g，收率77%～84%。
