生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  由2-溴-4-甲基苯胺重氮化、水解而得:将稀硫酸加到2-溴-4-甲基苯中,搅拌冷却,在5℃以下加入亚硝酸钠水溶液,温度保持在5℃以下,然后再加冷水、尿素和碎冰,得重氮盐溶液。再将无水硫酸钠、浓硫酸和水加热,在130~135℃分批加入重氮盐溶液,然后分批加入水进行蒸馏,所得馏出液用乙醚提取,用10%碳酸氢钠溶液洗涤,再经无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,滤液蒸去乙醚而得成品。另一种方法是由对甲苯酚在氯仿溶剂中直接溴化
