生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  1.制法：于反应瓶中加入乙酰乙酸甲酯
  （2）100mL（0.93mol），无水乙醇20mL，冰盐浴冷却下通入用氢氧化钠干燥的氨气，保持反应温度不超过10℃，直至饱和。而后冰箱中放置过夜。抽滤，无水乙醇重结晶，得白色结晶β-氨气巴豆酸甲酯
  （1）89g，mp82～83℃，收率90%。

• 用途

  尼卡地平、尼群地平的中间体。
