生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  常用的合成工艺是以丁二酸二乙酯，在乙醇钠介质中反应，生成对苯二酚-2,5-二羧酸乙酯的氢化物，或制备出对苯二酚-2,5-二羧酸甲酯的氢化物(DMSS, Dimethyl succinylosuccinate)；再与苯胺进行缩合反应，经闭环、氧化反应；制备出粗品喹吖啶酮，通过溶剂及研磨等颜料化处理，得到不同晶型β-或γ-型颜料紫19。

• 用途

  本品可用于油墨，油漆，高档塑料树脂，涂料印花，软质塑胶制品的着色。
