生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  将86g间溴苯胺和175mL氢溴酸混合,搅拌冷却至5℃以下,滴加由35g亚硝酸钠与70mL水配成的溶液,到淀粉碘化钾试纸呈蓝色,通过加入碎冰使温度低于10℃。将得到的重氮盐溶液慢慢加入沸腾的溴化亚铜(40g)48%氢溴酸(40mL)溶液中。加完后进行水蒸气蒸馏,至无油珠蒸出为止。用20%氢氧化钠使馏出液性,以除去可能生成的间溴苯酚,充分摇动,分出间二溴苯粗品。用40~50mL浓盐酸洗,然后水洗,再用30%氢氧化钠溶液洗,*用水洗。用无水氯化钙干燥后进行蒸馏,收集215~217℃馏分,得成品。
