生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  其制备方法有以下两种。 
  (1)以3-甲基吡啶为原料,先与过氧化氢反应生成N-氧-3-甲基吡啶,然后在缚酸剂二异丙基胺存在下,在溶剂中滴加三氯氧磷为氯化剂进行环氯化,得到2-氯-5-甲基吡啶和2-氯-3-甲基吡啶的混合物,采用结晶和精馏法相结合的分离技术,可分别得到2-氯-5-甲基吡啶和2-氯-3-甲基吡啶。2-氯-3-甲基吡啶进行侧链氯化得到2-氯-3-三氯甲基吡啶,进一步水解可得2-氯-3-吡啶甲酰氯或2-氯-3-吡啶羧酸(2-氯烟酸)。 
  (2)在三氯氧磷和三氯化磷混合液中通入氯气,温度控制在60℃左右,直到有剩余的氯气逸出为止,冷却并分批加入烟酸N-氧化物,加热混合液于。100～105℃反应1～1.5h,待反应混合液透明后再搅拌反应30min,并减压脱除三氯氧磷,所得残余物冷却至室温,加水得成品。

  1. 2-氯-3-吡啶羧酸是除草剂烟嘧磺隆、吡氟酰草胺的中间体。 
  2. 用作医药中间体,用于制造烟甲灭酸、烟氟灭酸等;农药中间体,用于制造烟嘧磺隆、吡氟草胺等
