生产方法及用途

• 生产方法

  由邻硝基甲苯经氯化、还原而得。
  1.氯化在邻硝基甲苯中，加入2%的三氯化铁作为催化剂，于50-60℃通入氯气，至反应液的相对密度到达1.27-1.29（50℃）为止，用5%盐酸洗涤，再用水洗涤，*用液碱调节pH为7。分尽水层，蒸去水分后，进行减压蒸馏，收集120-150℃（5.33-8.0kPa）馏分，冷却结晶、过滤，得2-氯-6-硝基甲苯。
  2.还原将盐酸和铁粉加入反应锅中搅拌加热，至90℃，慢慢加入熔化的2-氯-6-硝基甲苯，加毕，回流反应3h。冷却，加液碱调节pH为8，蒸汽蒸馏，得3-氯邻甲苯胺。
